Public transportation is good. There is the mono rail (Station: Tokyo Big Sight) and a subway station (Station: Kokusai-tenjijo) nearby. I think they operate till about midnight. - The view from the 18th floor was great, unfortunately there are no chairs on the balcony to make the most of it. - The room was relatively small, but very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit aged but alright. - A big plus was the airport transfer, which is not run by the hotel itself. If you arrive at the airport simply go to the bus counter and book a ticket to the hotel. Within 30 minutes we were on the next bus and soon after dropped off right at the front door of our hotel. - There is a Lawson convenience store within the hotel on the second floor. Great for getting a couple of snacks. Across the park there is also a 7eleven. - In case you didn't book breakfast, there is a Sukiya in the oposite building.

Location was excellent - opposite the Big Sight, and walking distance or a short train ride to Odaiba from the Rinkai and Yurikamome lines next door. The Rinkai is well-connected to central Tokyo too. Nearby outlets include the ever-useful 7Eleven, FamilyMart, McDonalds and Saizeriya. There’s a small Lawson on 2F of the hotel itself. Staff were 10/10. Hotel and room cleanliness was impeccable. Rooms were small, but perfect for a single or couple for a week or two. The accommodation is apartment style and includes a fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, wardrobe + a large space for luggage. Plenty of plug sockets on the desk (a mix of 2 and 3 pin). Upper floor rooms have wide balconies with insect net screen doors. Value for money was unbelievable. The hotel’s main purpose is to serve domestic business travellers and tourists visiting the expo centre, so be aware the bathroom is Japanese style.

1. I like it for its close distance to disneyland. they also have free shuttle to disney. 2. The rooms are larger compared to most japan hotel. 3. there is a convenience store in the hotel. 4. Fast check-in procedure. hasslefree considering we came in group with 6 rooms. they prepared our keys prior to our arrival for faster check-in. 5. foreigner friendly. Their amenities are in english. 6. ample toiletries are provided. 7. they provide take out trays at breakfast. Great if you want to start your tour early.

It did what you needed. The room was compact and we'd ordered a smoking room, not realising (stupid on my part) that it would absolutely reek of smoke. If a non-smoker, definitely indicate as such. The staff were nice that we did experience, as the check in was automated and very easy to do we did not engage with them much, and there was an abundance of complimentary items, like face masks. It was a nice little trek in and out of Tokyo. Overall I would stay again but book non-smoking.

The fully automated check in was easy to navigate and staff were on hand and ready to assist. Our room on an upper floor, had it's own lifts that were located through a special door at the end of the general lift lobby. The location was handy for us and although we didn't end up using the complementary shuttle to Disneyland, it is a great feature. Breakfast was very Japanese/Asian in it's selections, not that it bothered us, but just a point for those expecting a Western big breakfast.
